Thanks! i just did white gel pen but when i edited it with contrast on the computer it turned yellow so i added a few stars with this brush tool that looks like a sparkle and that helped make it look like it popped out on the black

I actually switched it from SVA to RISD at the last moment. At SVA, you have to know what youre going to major right away and then just do illustration for 4 years plus masters and i didnt want to burn out right away sooooooo it was a difficult judgment between the two schools because they are both really good but i think it i made a good choice by choosing Rhode Island School of Design
